Business process outsourcing or BPO in India is today recognized as a specialized sector. BPO in India also contributes considerably to the national economy. BPOs in India are contributing around 3% to the Gross Domestic Product or GDP of India. The BPO sector in India is also providing employment opportunities to a lot of people in India and contributing to the growth of the country’s economy.
According to estimates, India should become Asia-Pacific’s numero uno’ BPO destination, especially when it is about the ITES-BPO tier.
